He was predeceased by: his parents, Sol David Gladdin and Ida Mae Harrell; and his sister Elaine Childers. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Lucas (Roger); his siblings, J. W. Gladdin, Danny Gladdin and Peggy Smith; his granddaughter Heather Whilden (Trevor); and his great grandchildren, Forrest and Willow.
