He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy A. Smith (Castine) and Edward C. Smith; his wife Linda Gale; his children, David Alleyn Gale (Crystal), Belinda Eggimann (Terry) and Angela Stroud Grace; his stepsiblings, Robby Gale, Ricky Gale, Rusty Gale, Debbie and Dottie Jo; and his grandchildren, Derick Durbin, Samantha White, Cassandra Stroud, Robbin Stroud, Makala Coleman, Gavin, Caleb Gale and Patsy. He was also cherished by six Great Grandchildren.
