He is survived by: his children, Apryl Rice, Shaun Harber (Bonnie) and Justin Harber (Tiffany); his siblings, Suellen Johnson (William), James Harber, Danny Harber (Ronel) and Arville "Skip" Harber (Norma); his father-in-law Lowell Rice; and his friends, Marie, Chris, Richard and Donnie. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 nieces and nephews, 11 great nieces & nephews.
