He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Olsen and Sylvia Olsen; and his brothers, Frederick and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Donna, David (Kathy), Daniel (Joann), Debra (Richard), Diane (Brian) and Denise (Aaron). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and four nieces and one nephew.
