He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Colligan and Catherine Colligan; and his brothers, Michael Colligan and Terence Colligan. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Colligan of Land, Katie Passmore (Mitchell) of Thomaston, GA and Jeri Colligan of Riviera Beach, FL; his siblings, Kerry Cortes (Mike Whitehurst), Gerry Colligan (Suzanne) and Bert Hill (Susan); and his grandchildren, Leah Colligan, Blake Colligan, Kyler Allen and Ayden Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
