He is survived by: his parents, Evan and Clarice of Fort Lauderdale; his sons, Thomas (Dorothy) and Sean (Marie); his stepdaughter Debbie; his grandchildren, Vickie, Tommy, Hannah and Sam; his siblings, Bill, Gwen Puckett, Peggy Ludes and Marylin Warner; and his son Tommy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and longtime partner.

The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers to make a donation to his son, Tommy/Dorothy Llewellyn (2310 S. Highway 77, Suite 110, Lynn Haven, FL, 32405) who just suffered major losses from hurricane Michael in Panama City, FL, where he resides.
