It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Allen Payne of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Parkey P. Payne Jr. and Freda Payne Porter; and his brothers, William A. Payne and Darrell E. Payne. He is survived by: his sisters, Belinda McLane (Alan) of Panama City and Pam Clark (Darrell) of Grand Ridge, Florida; his stepfather Terry Porter of Cypress, Florida; and also Keith Thompson. He is also survived by nephews and nieces and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
