She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Underset and Margit Underset; her husband Bjarne Eikevik; her sons, Bjarne Eikevik Jr. and Stevan Eikevik; and her brother Hans Underset Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Kari Koulouris; her grandchildren, Erik Eikevik (Jaime), Brian Eikevik (Mariesa), Kevin Eikevik (Laura), Viki Schwartz (Jesse), Keith Eikevik (Cristina), Todd Eikevik, Leif Eikevik (Lucy), Kristian Eikevik (Lydia), Anders Eikevik and Seth Koulouris; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Carson, Declan, Braden, Thornton, Ike, Everly Ruth, Ingrid and Frida.
