We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2019, at the age of 91, Ritchie Staats Jr. (Fort Lauderdale, Florida), born in Wilmington, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ritchie Staats and Blanche Wilson Staats; his wife Helen; his daughters, Carol (Randy) of Earleville, MD and Janet (Bill) of Dover, NH; his brother Russell Staats (Kathy) of Milford, DE; his brother-in-law Raymond Bakomenko of New Castle, DE; his grandchildren, Aleks Casper (Dan Carwile, Mary), Greg Povenski and Staats Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ella Paige, Colton Carwile and Jeremiah Povenski.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to Immaculate Conception Parish Outreach, in care of Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD 21901.
