He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Beneski of Suffield, CT.; his son Steven Pianowski; his sister Phyllis Bisikirski; his daughter Linda; his son-in-law Jim Flahive; his siblings, Frank and Wilhelmina Ostrowski; and his grandchildren, Kaitlin Bermel, Karli, Christian Pianowski, Emily and Jimmy Flahive.

He is survived by: his son Robert.

The chapel service will be private and limited due to Covid and his request.
