She was predeceased by: her parents, George Penn and Forrest Penn; her siblings, William Penn (Hallie), Betty Reichardt and Margaret Elam (David); her stepsons, Richard Owen (Marie) and Carl Owen (Jean); and her stepgranddaughter Connie Bayman (Jeff).
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Woods (Vern); and her stepgrandchildren, Carla Finley (Ken), Laura O'Leary (Mike), James Owen and Kathryn Shulkers (Gregory). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loved family members.
