She is survived by: her daughter Amy Hawkes Campbell; her son-in-law Scott H Campbell; her son Larry Hawkes; her sisters, Phyllis Dinsmore and Nancy Lawrence; her uncle Wade Setliff; and her grandchildren, Jessica Campbell, Jayden Campbell and Ezra Hawkes. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
