He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman T. "Pete" Bedard and Mary R. Bedard (Pimental); his sister-in-law Kate Bedard; his nephew Eddie Kiselica; and his niece Jennifer Kiselica.

He is survived by: his siblings, Richard N. Bedard (Nancy), Larry J. Bedard (Mary) and Mary Catherine Falcone (Richard); and his pet Tiffany.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Norman's name can be made to the Parade of Lights.
