“To all of Mitzi and Bernie's family...I offer my condolences. I grew up in Chanute. My sister was in her CHS class and I feel I knew her my whole life. Theirs was the first wedding I ever attended and it left quite an impression on me. I didn't take dance lessons, but many of my friends did and they all loved her. When I was at K-State, I dated her brother Tom. I last saw him at the funeral for Addis. We had a good visit then. My sympathy! Martha Finney Bross; Independence Kansas (CHS -'54)”
