He is survived by: his wife Betty Lewis; his daughter Ashlee Reyher; his grandson Jayden Roydhouse; his sister Beverly Slaughter; his niece Minda Carman (Troy); his great-nephews, Grant and Weston Carmann; and his cousins, Larry Meyers and Cathy Rawson.
