He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Weiner and Florence Weiner; and his sister Rhona Weiner. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Goldman (Steve Kashkett) and Scott Weiner (Debbie); his girlfriend Jacqueline Bernstein; his daughters, Melissa Weiner and Rachael Bolotin (Marc); and his grandchildren, Lucas, Samantha, Sarah, Sophia Weiner, Sean and Bryce Bolotin.
