He is survived by: his wife Marcia Woodruff; his children, Ryan Dick (Sara), Stacey McLain (Scott), Eric Dick (Whitney), Courtney O'Dell (Alex) and Adam Dick (Kristin); his grandchildren, Elise, Brody, Conrad, Chandler Dick, Kendall McLain, Charley, Barrett, Tucker Dick, Avery, Harper, Leighton, Emery O'Dell, Hudson and Charlotte Dick; and his brother Robert Dick.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that a donation be made to St. Jude Childre's Research Hospital.
