He is survived by: his children, Douglas Hutchins (Drucilla), Dennis Hutchins, Scott Hutchins (Sandy) and Kristy Hutchins; his grandchildren, Ryan Hutchins, Rachel Torres (Danny), Robin, David and Bill; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Michael, Robert, Allison, Brenden and Billy Jr. Loyals.
