He was predeceased by: his wife Leah Schlom. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Alyssa Schlom (Greg Rhoades) and Lauren Beth Axelrod; his grandchildren, Devin and Logan Axelrod; his brother Jeffrey Schlom (Kathleen); his niece Amy Schlom; his nephew Steven Schlom; and his brother Jeff.
