She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Halloran; her parents, Clyde Williams and Isabel Williams; and her sister Nancy Williams. She is survived by: her children, Kimberlee Roberts (Craig), Chris Spute (Bridget), Pamela Holmes and Jennifer Miller (Dan); her siblings, Don Williams (Corrie) and Linda Armbruster (Bob); and her grandchildren, Casey of Brett, C. J., Brian, Justin, Jacob, Jessie, Jennie, Nick, Jada and Bryce. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
