He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Fantom and Diane J. Fantom (Hunter); his son Avery J. Fantom; and his siblings, James, David, Billy, Diane Fitzgerald and Cathy Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher, Lindsay and Timothy Fantom. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
