He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Koschnick Tuohy; his brothers, James L. Tuohy, Monsignor Francis R. Tuohy and Thomas E. Tuohy; and his parents, Joseph K. Tuohy and Winifred Tuohy (McMahon).
He is survived by: his children, Mimi O'Leary (Mike) and Phil Tuohy (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Joe O'Leary (Taylor), Mary Kathleen O'Leary, Jack O'Leary, Charlotte Tuohy and David Tuohy; his great grandchild Grace O'Leary; his sister Bernadette Cunningham; and his caregivers, Loleta, Doreen, Jocelyn, Tess, Dr. John Limperis and Barney O'Neil.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Cathedral High School or Little Flower Elementary School in Indianapolis.
