It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of JoAnn Walker Smith of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Walker and Eula Smith Walker; and her stepdaughter Lynn Smith. She is survived by: her husband George A. Smith of Fort Lauderdale; her daughters, Stephanie Fenton and Tina Smith; her sister Dee Cooley; her niece Jennifer Cooley; and her great-nephew Ryker Wingler.

While at Mondessa, Jo Ann supported charity tournaments that benefitted cerebral palsy and the Adam Walsh Resource Center.
