With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Marlene Volanti of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who passed away on December 10, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hash and Anna Hash; her husband Charles Volanti; and her sister Dorothy Kovacevich (Matthew). She is survived by: her grandson Michael James Volanti; her son James John Volanti (Phyllis Volanti); her grandchildren, Danielle Volanti and Brandon Volanti; her niece Susan Kovacevich; and her nephew Tom Kovacevich.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
