He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse C. Bollinger, Sr. and Clara Thompson Bollinger; his son Jesse C. Bollinger, III; and his siblings, James Bollinger, Violet "Babe" Wright, Dorothy Bauer, Mary Ann Tichenor, Paul Bollinger and Joseph Bollinger.
He is survived by: his wife Suz-Anne Crider Bollinger; his children, Jamie Taylor (Frank), Jessica Bollinger (Cathy Wieschhoff) and Andy Bollinger (Jamie); his grandchildren, Julie Locke (Joey), Josh Taylor (Julie), Lucas Bollinger, Beazie and Owen Bollinger; his great grandchildren, Jake, Ethan, Emma and Lucy Charles; his sisters, Mary Helen Peter (Edward) and Nellie Stahlman; and also April Crick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family, friends.
