It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry James Sloan (Fort Lauderdale, Florida), who passed away on April 1, 2019, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Chey Lynn and Kimberly Sloan; his grandchildren, Myah, Colton Cook, Former Wife and LeeAnna Sloan; and his cousins, Joey, Angelique, Andrea Quintero, Angelica Francis and Numerous. He was also cherished by Numerous Aunts and Uncles.
