He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marshall Collins, Jr. and Anne Collins (O'Neill); and his daughter Kimberly Ann Collins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Collins (Calvert); his sister Mary Nell Bolger (Albert); his children, Lisa Carol Collins, James Marshall Collins, IV (Cecilia) and Andrew Calvert Collins (Lyn); his grandchildren, Morgan, Cameron, Carolyn, Michael, Calvert and Nicholas; his brother-in-law Charles Calvert (Bonnie); and his friends, Cincinnati and Fort Lauderdale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
