He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Spurlock and Beulah Spurlock (Walsh); his wife Peggy; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Cameron and Brad Spurlock (Rosanne); his grandchildren, Julie Knisley, Abbi Spurlock (Josh), Maggi Spurlock and Mitchell Spurlock (Krista); and his great grandchild Dillon.
