He is survived by: his wife Jeneve Hutcherson Brooks; his children, Dr. H. Logan Brooks Jr., Cheryl Brooks Weldon and Dr. Jeneve R. Brooks; and his sisters, Bettie and Rosalie. He is also survived by his three children, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome contributions to the Fountain of Love Fund at Wesley Place on Honeysuckle.
