He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Maria Modica; and his daughter Virginia Modica. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Modica, Rosanna and Vincent Ferrara; his grandchildren, Nicole, Oleg Gnip, Mario, Ashley Lemite, Vincent Modica Jr., Frankie Ferrara and Nicholas Ferrara; and his great grandchildren, Giuliana, Gabriella, Marley-Lynn and Natalie.

In keeping with Broward County Regulations, social distancing and facial covers or masks are required to be worn by all guests.
