She was predeceased by: her sons, Richard and David. She is survived by: her husband Leo Piecuch; her children, Diane, Linda, Jeffery and Donald; her grandchildren, Jamie, Samantha, Madison and Sean; her stepgranddaughters, Kristina and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Baylee, Brantley, Kyndal and Wyatt.
