She is survived by: her husband William C. Loughran, Sr.; her children, William C. Loughran, Jr. (Karen) of Sea Girt, James P. Loughran (Keavy Franzoni-Loughran) of Brick, NJ and Suzanne E. Loughran Plum (Rob Plum) of Alexandria, VA; and her granddaughters, Christine E. Loughran and Victoria D. Loughran.
