We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2024, at the age of 84, Douglas John Timmerman (Fort Lauderdale, Florida), born in Evanston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Deane C. Timmerman and Nellie A. Timmerman; and his brother Herb. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Timmerman (Lund); his sons, Drew (Karen), Mark (Jennifer), Jay and Christopher (Deborah Levine); his grandchildren, Emily Portz (Isaac), Andrew, Charles, Ezra and Samuel Timmerman; and his great grandchild Nellie Portz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a Hope South Florida or a charity of your choosing, in memory of Doug.
