We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 74, Donald H. Hamilton of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, born in Hampton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norwood Colburn Hamilton and Lucille Freeman Hamilton; his wife Nancy Brinson Hamilton; his children, Elizabeth Hamilton Koontz (Richard) of Charleston and Norwood Brent Hamilton, MD (Elizabeth) of Charleston; his stepchildren, Amanda Prince of Deland, FL and John Campbell (Erica) of Hanahan; his brother Ronald Hamilton (Sara) of Greensboro, NC; and his niece Anne Hamilton. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, Attn: Processing Center, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
