He was predeceased by: his father Richard A. DeForge. He is survived by: his mother Grace P. Shriver (Peppas-DeForge) of Niskayuna, NY; his wife Diane M. DeForge; his daughter Isabella M. DeForge; his sisters, Heather G. DeForge of Alexandria, VA and Kimberly R. Carter of Virginia Beach, VA; his nephews, Tyler, Ethan and Evan Carter; his cousins, Mark Peppas, Carol Williams, Chris McCarthy and Suzanne Godshaw; his mother-in-law Madelyn Stacer of Harbor Beach, Mi; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Stacer Jr. (Connie), Michael Stacer (Liz), Mark Stacer, Duane Stacer, Daniel Stacer (Danielle), Matthew Stacer of Harbor Beach, Mi, Carol Stacer and Peggy Mees (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Connie Stacer, Sarah, Feria, Jessica Farmer, Elli Mees, Dennis Stacer III, Justin Stacer, Christopher Stacer, Nathan Farmer and Daniel Farmer; and his great-nieces, Ava, Remi, Grace FarmerLakyn and Aliyah Stacer.
