He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen Lucke and Charles L. Winningham; and his brothers, John H. (Joan) and Anthony L. (Carmen). He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie; his daughters, Angela Winningham and Maria Elena Crowley (John G.); his grandchildren, T. C. Ludwig, Jack and Chaffee Crowley; and his siblings, Timothy L. (Joan), Cary D. (Gayle) and Mary Ellen Anderson (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
