He was predeceased by: his father Charles Smith; and his brothers, Roger and Jimmy Berry. He is survived by: his sons, Matt Withrow (Meagan) and Jeffrey Greathouse; his grandchildren, Luc, Malia and Jeffery; and his siblings, Laverne Berry and Cathy Berry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
