She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Sonnenburg and Ruth Sonnenburg (Ludeking); the father of her children Hansford Patterson; her siblings, Robert Sonnenburg, Carolyn Abel, Mark and Grace; her siblings-in-law, Patrick Graham, Rick Abel, Thomas Mueller and Rosemary Sonnenburg; her stepchildren, Sheila Wiedmeyer and Steven Phillips; and her stepgranddaughter Madison Wiedmeyer.
She is survived by: her former spouse Hansford Patterson; her spouse Francis Phillips; her children, Lisa Patterson and Mark Patterson (Elizabeth Craft); her daughter-in-law Candice Patterson; her stepdaughter Sheri Fredrick (Marc); her grandchildren, Nicholas Anderson, Cody Patterson, Leah Patterson (Brett Crosser) and Jason Patterson; her stepgrandchildren, Amy Arenson, Kelly Opahle (Kyle), Amber Wiedmeyer, Sara Phillips, Steven Phillips Jr., Tanya Phillips, Anthony Phillips and Alyssa Phillips; her close friend Francis Phillips; her sisters, Dorla Guthrie (Miles) of Tomah, Patricia Graham of Tomah, Lonna Gamerdinger of Tomah and Merece Mueller of Milwaukee; her sister-in-law Brenda Sonnenburg; and her aunt Patricia Graham. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
