She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Enriqueta Melero-Gonzalez. She is survived by: her husband Earl Steed; her daughters, Isabella and Elizabeth; her father Raul Melero-Martinez; her brother Frank; her sister-in-law Rachele Melero; and her niece Blanca Rose Melero.
