He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Garza Garza and Melquiades Rodriguez Mendez; and his sister Ignacia Espinosa. He is survived by: his wife Lucia DeLuna Garza; his siblings, Christina Gonzalez, Israel Garza, Bea Martinez and Mina Iori (Ralph); his daughters, Lety Garza (Steve), Melly Rodriguez (Tony), Cesy Jones and Janie Sheets (Eric); and his grandchildren, Nikki Lloyd (Brian), Steven Sanchez (Christel), Sal Sanchez, Jasmine Santana (Xaii), Augie Martinez (Laura), Jose Martinez (Alicia), Annie Bacom (Cody), Marc Rodriguez, Christina Hoo (Armando), Steven Hoo, Ariel Wilson (Case), Isaac Sheets (Alexa) and Lu Sheets. He is also survived by 13 Great grandchildren.
