He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Holbrook; his children, David Holbrook of Orlando, James "Jimmy" Holbrook of San Diego, California and Kelly Holbrook of Tampa, Florida; his sister Ruth Ann Novak; and his grandchildren, Madison, McGwire, Hayden, Travis and Tanner Holbrook.
