She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert G. Protzman and Helen Protzman (Lowry); her former husband David M. Smith, Jr.; her sister Edith Oesterling; and her stepson Larry Montag.
She is survived by: her husband Allen D. Montag; her children, Terry R. Smith (Cindy) of West Sunbury, PA, Marilyn Smith of Wexford, PA, Dr. Janet Skees (Robert) of Pittsburgh, PA and Wendy Leslie (Kerry) of Butler, PA; her grandchildren, Nicholas Smith, Nash Leslie (Ashley), Dylan Leslie (Chelsea) and Hannah Skees; her stepchildren, Diane Montag Rigos and Rodney Montag; and her sister Mildred Sutton of Butler, PA.
