He was predeceased by: his father Robert Colin; and his half-brother Bruce Armitage (late Thonette Armitage). He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Tammie Saffels (Michael), Beth Hile (Grant) and Michael Armitage (Gena); his stepchildren, Sandi Ondersma (Ron), Cindy Spitzer, Emma DeLong (Tim) and Michael Pape (Vicky); his great grandchild Another; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jan Rau (David) and Jim Armitage (Kris). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren.
