She is survived by: her spouse Daniel Robert Seest; her son Caleb Andrew; her wife Leslie; her daughter Lydia Pearl (Pensacola Christian College); her stepmother John (Jack); her brother John Monck, II; her nephews, Spencer, Gavin, Sissy, Kevin, Joann Peeples, Matthew, Ruth Peeples, Justin, Abbey Peeples and Joanna Lee Peeples; and also, Winifred Louise Monck (Rigsby), Donald and Sandra Seest (Bonkoski).

In lieu of flowers, Jennifer requested donations be sent to New Testament Baptist Church (9850 S. Parkside Ave. Floral City, FL, 34436) to the missionary project fund.
