He is survived by: his wife Glenna Dyer Rand of Floral City, FL; his children, Mary-Ann Johnson of Essex Junction, VT, Gary Rand of Homosassa, FL and Larry Rand of Floral City, FL; his sister Leona Lapenas of Orange, MA; his grandchildren, Josh, Chris Johnson of Essex Junction, VT, Erika Johnson of Essex Junction, VT and Kirsten Wilson of Colchester, VT; and his stepchildren, Regina Guerrero of Greenwood, AR, Joel McDonald of Greenwood, AR and Steve McDonald of Fort Collins, CO..
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations to be made in his memory to the Vermont Kidney Association or to the Special Olympics in Florida.
