It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick White of Florahome, Florida, born in Palatka, Florida, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Cubert White. He is survived by: his wife Debra Chao of Florahome; his children, Logan Cecil White of Florahome, Lacie Marie White of Florahome, Jeffery Don Slack of Jacksonville, Hunter Scott Chao of Florahome and Emma Faith Chao of Florahome; his mother Mary Mullins White of Bristol, VA; his brother Rusty Dewayne White (Teresa) of Ludowici, GA; his nephews, Gary Allen White and Shane William White (Shae); his great-nephew Axel White of Glennville, GA; his aunt Patricia Cornelio; his uncle Eddie Cornelio (Bobby) of Florahome; and also Patricia Mullins of Hollister.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Patrick's name be sent to the Melrose Youth Sports Association, P.O. Box 1491, Melrose, FL 32666.
