He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cooper and Myrtle Cooper; his siblings, Kyle, Shelby, Martha and Evelyn; and his grandson Brian Seay Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Anne Usina; his daughters, Paula (Brian Seay), Melinda (Chris Mickler) and Jodie (Joey Parks); his brother Gerald Cooper; his grandchildren, Carissa, Kaitlin, Kelsey, Aaron, Clay, Devan and Allie; and his great grandchildren, Kayson and Emmett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
