He is survived by: his wife Carla Hoffman of Florahome; his son Steven; his daughter-in-law Sonia Breckenridge of Palatka; his daughter Carrie; his son-in-law John Williams of Interlachen; his stepchildren, Nicholas Price of Florahome and Amanda; his son-in-law Lucas Bennett of Palatka; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Vicky Hoffman of Long Island, NY; his grandchildren, Jennifer Miller, Jessica Bradley, Stacey Breckenridge, Robbie Breckenridge, Easton Williams, Olivia Williams, Alek Bennett, Josie Bennett, Gabe Bennett and Michael Price; and his nephews, Alex Hoffman, Zach Hoffman and C. J. Hoffman. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
