It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Odell Rogers of Florahome, Florida, born in Cashiers, North Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Calhoun and Lola Caroline Hedden Rogers; and his son Shannon Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Nina Rogers; his son Arthur "Artie" Odell (Tonya) of Rogers, II; his grandchildren, Caroline, Blair and Jake; his stepgrandson Dillon; his sisters, Cecilia Aron and Rebecca Gardner; his mother-in-law Margaret Sneed; and his pet Trip.
