With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Jane Serokee (Fleming Island, Florida), born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 11, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Stephen Serokee; her children, Barbara Serokee Williams (David) and Stephen J. Serokee (Amy); her granddaughter Avery L. Serokee; and her siblings, Edward H. Williams, Jr., Patricia Raydo (Robert), Mary Janet Williams and Elizabeth Biechler (Michael). She is also survived by numerous extended family, nieces and nephews.

She was an avid animal lover and donated regularly to The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee, gorillas in Africa and the Humane Society.
